Resto Pa’m was founded in 2024 by Frantz and Smarva, two passionate food enthusiasts determined to bring the taste of their homeland to the diverse community of Middletown, NY. What started as a dream to share traditional Haitian dishes with the local population quickly became a reality when we opened our doors. We offer both dine-in and take-out options, so whether you’re looking to sit down and enjoy a meal or grab something to go, Resto Pa’m is here for you. Our mission is to bring the flavors and culture of the Caribbean to our community by offering high-quality, authentic meals made with fresh, natural ingredients.
